Due to health issues involved with selling baby clothing we have instituted the following return policy.

Defective items only can be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange only, no refund will be issued. (An exception may be made if an incorrect item was sent in error.) You must call us at our toll free customer service line (1-877-496-8152) to get a return authorization number. We will send an Electronic Return Label (ERL) to return the item at our expense. The item must be in its original packaging and not worn.

A Baby's World will not accept returns for items that are too small. Please make sure you order the correct size or, if unsure, select a larger size as babies will grow. Returns received without a return authorization number will not be given credit nor be returned.
